Broasting is a way of frying chicken (or other products) under high pressure. It deep fries the chicken for just a
minute to seal in the natural juices. High pressure is then used to slowly roast the chicken to perfection. This
process produces crunchy skin with an incredibly moist inside! Broasting produces a far superior and healthier
product than frying chicken. Since the majority of the cooking is done by pressure, broasting uses a 1/4 cup of oil
versus 1 1/2 cups for frying. Broasted chicken has 45% - 75% less fat than fried chicken and 0 grams of trans fat.
